The suggested scientific research is directed to religious believes of ancient societies in the East Mediterranean lands with parallels in Central Europe. The creation of such rich culture as Thracians one is a process of inspiration and contacts. One of the main purpose of the research is to revel the mechanism of this interactions as a progress.

I insist to express my gratitude to prof. Alexander Fol who is a founder of interdicipline research field called thracology and also a founder of the Institute of Thracology which is part of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (1972). I also wish to express my gratitude to Elka Penkova, whose work and efforts are in favor in development of a different look forwards History, Culture and Cosmos motion of the world.

As one of their followers I am brave to maintain that Alexander Fol's team is a leader in the research in the History of Culture of the scriptless societies in its relation with the Culture of the literary societies examined on the base of millennium relationship between Ancient Thrace and Ancient Greece.

"... Among all kind of mentality - time the most valuable is the doctrinal one, because the situated in it person is obliged to suffer the Knowledge if he wish to find the Trust ..."(Fol). The doctrinal mentality is energetic and its Energy which is situated in the Person is part of the Cosmos one. The Ancient Greeks divide people by their tutored and educated behavior - paideia, not by their origin (Isocrat, Panegeric). The participation in a mental society is nothing else but an acquired mentality.
